The role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, documentation, and providing nursing support and activities tailored to each client’s plan. The position is based in a 24/7 supported living setting with 25 residents, who have disabilities. The successful candidate will work on varied tasks, interact with clients as individuals, and contribute to a respectful and safe home-like environment. Training and orientation are provided; LOVe-tent or equivalent medication training is preferred and may be advantageous at the start of employment. We expect a suitable social and healthcare education or be in final stages of studies, registration with the social and health care professional register, vaccination protection as per 48§ and tuberculosis screening as per §55, and good Finnish language skills.
