We are looking for a dedicated preschool teacher to join the Illenpihan unit in Vantaa. You will contribute to meaningful daily routines by creating a sensitive and safe environment where the child is at the center of activity. The role requires the ability to read the needs of children and the team and to implement diverse pedagogical approaches. You will work with a strong team of two teachers and one child care assistant, and we seek a teacher to cover a temporary position with a potential transition to a permanent role. The unit is part of the Illenpihan early childhood education unit, in collaboration with Illenpuisto daycare. Our work culture emphasizes development, engagement, positivity, and trying new things. We implement the ProVaka program to support children’s social skills, and you will commit to following its principles with the rest of the staff. Excellent written and spoken Finnish is required. Illenpihan daycare is located in Kartanonkylä, with good transport connections in a park-like setting. We begin reviewing applications and conducting interviews during the application window.
