Practical Nurse

The role involves assessing residents’ capabilities, identifying needs for assistance, planning and delivering care, and evaluating residents’ functioning in collaboration with residents. Requirements include a social and health sector vocational qualification (lähihoitaja), vaccination protection under Infectious Diseases Act, Hygieniapassi or readiness to obtain it within three months, fluent Finnish (spoken and written, minimum B1), a criminal background check, and relevant licenses (Love-lääkeluvat or readiness to obtain them at start, Sote‑ammattikortti).
