Store Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable service supervisor to join our sunny team in Kankaanpää for store cleaning duties. The role is on a casual, on-call basis with shifts varying as needed, including premises where substitutes are required due to illness. Employment starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 05:00–10:00, with potential for additional hours by agreement. Responsibilities include store cleaning tasks: vacuuming and washing floors by hand and machine, emptying trash bins, washing bottle machines, cleaning cold rooms and service counters and related surfaces, wiping surfaces, cleaning toilets, sinks and floors in sanitary facilities, reporting damages and maintenance needs as per instructions, restocking paper products. Requirements include good Finnish language skills for customer interaction and safety, at least 18 years old, relevant work experience, flexibility and strong customer service and communication skills.
