Client Manager

We are looking for a Client Manager for a permanent position in the City of Rauma, South Satakunta Employment Services. We offer a responsible and independent role involving close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders. The job description may evolve according to the city's needs and the client manager's own expertise. The position of Client Manager is permanent, starting 1.10.2026 or as agreed. The position is located within the City of Rauma's Vitality sector, multidisciplinary and TYM service area, primarily at the Rauma Employment Services office located at the Rauma administrative building, Aittakarinkatu 21. However, the role requires regular work at other offices within the South Satakunta employment region (Eura, Eurajoki, Huittinen, and Säkylä). As a Client Manager, your duties will be to be responsible for: - The client service process and the assessment of service needs independently and together with the network - Drafting multidisciplinary employment and activation plans - Job placement and guidance to employment-supporting and other services - Drafting unemployment benefit investigations and statements - Ensuring the realization of clients' rights and obligations in accordance with employment services legislation Eligibility requirement: a suitable higher education degree, or a previous college-level degree or vocational qualification combined with expertise gained through work experience. Work experience in employment network cooperation, especially in the Satakunta region, as well as experience in employment services and the use of national employment service information systems, is also considered an advantage. Level salary 2830.32 €/month + possible work experience supplement (3% or 8%). The terms of salary and employment are determined according to KVTES. Working hours are general working hours (38.25 h/week). The position is subject to a six-month probationary period.
