Backend Engineer

Wolt+ is Wolt's subscription service - available across 29 countries and one of the most impactful products in the business. We make Wolt more affordable and more engaging for our most loyal customers. The product is growing fast, the scope is expanding globally (we're building it together with DoorDash and Deliveroo), and we're only getting started. We're hiring backend engineers who want to be at the front line of what engineering looks like in the age of AI. An AI-first team by design. We expect our engineers to build with AI agents, to challenge what's possible when the human-in-the-loop is a multiplier rather than a bottleneck, and to push the boundaries of what a small, focused team can ship. Cross-org engineering at the frontier. We work closely with DoorDash and Deliveroo to align subscription experiences across three of the world's leading delivery platforms.
