Projektbeschreibung: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Steuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bereich Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau. Du spielst eine zentrale fachliche Rolle in der Planung komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte in den Leistungsphasen 1–6 gemäß HOAI. Erarbeitung eigener Entwürfe, Planungslösungen und Variantenuntersuchungen. Verantwortlich ff0r die termingerechte, kosten- und qualitätsgerechte Projektabwicklung ber alle Projektphasen hinweg. Fachliche Koordination interdisziplinärer Planungsteams sowie Steuerung der Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Fachbereichen. Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden, Gutachtern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards. Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, technischen Konzepten sowie Nachträgen. Unterstfctzung bei der Akquisition neuer Projekte sowie der Pflege und dem Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen. Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Planungsprozessen, Methoden und Qualitätsstandards im Bereich Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary planning teams
- Develop design concepts, planning solutions and variant studies
- Ensure timely, cost-effective and quality-focused project execution across all phases
- Interface management with clients, authorities, consultants and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and quality guidelines
- Contribute to proposals, technical concepts and addenda
- Support business development and client relationship management
- Contribute to the advancement of planning processes and quality standards in structural engineering
Requirements
- Advanced degree in civil engineering with focus on Structural Engineering or equivalent field
- Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, preferably in infrastructure and transport projects
- Experience in leading and managing planning projects in civil structures
- Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and planning processes in infrastructure
- Experience collaborating with public and private clients is advantageous
- Strong communication and coordination skills
