Construction Foreman

Foremen for construction projects in Kuopio. As a foreman you are responsible for the smooth daily operation of your area, ensuring progress of work phases, meeting schedules, and maintaining safe work practices. You will act as the link between workers and the organization. The job requires willingness to work in three shifts. We expect you to have training as a construction foreman or civil engineer; prior supervisory experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability, responsible attitude, and the ability to function as part of a larger team and project. The role is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with some supervisory experience who wants to build a solid foundation in the construction industry.
