Shift Supervisor

Do you want a job where you lead a shift, keep the vibe high, and ensure quality stays on track even in fast-paced moments? Taco Bell Seinäjoki is looking for a Shift Supervisor to join the team. The position offers roughly 90 hours over 3 weeks with a permanent contract; if your circumstances require fewer hours, a 63 hours/3 week schedule can be arranged. Start date is flexible within the contract. Shifts follow the restaurant’s opening hours, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. You will practically lead the shift. You guide the team, keep the rhythm of work, and ensure customers receive high-quality tacos and other products quickly even when the restaurant is busy. You will be involved in daily operations with the team, but you are also responsible for making sure the whole operation runs smoothly. Live Más attitude guides our everyday work. As Shift Supervisor you directly influence this through your actions: you ensure the shift runs, the team knows what to do, and a positive atmosphere stays even under pressure. It’s not enough to handle your own area well. You must be able to lead others. You will succeed here if you: take space and lead the team in everyday situations, communicate clearly with both the team and customers, provide constructive feedback and intervene when needed, make decisions rather than waiting for ready-made solutions, enforce the rules and ensure others follow them, stay calm during rushes and see the bigger picture. We expect you to have experience in customer service, and prior quick-service restaurant experience is advantageous. You will receive thorough onboarding to practice both supervisory duties and the concept. You will communicate fluently in Finnish or English; you’ll manage basic shift tasks in both languages. Pay is determined by the Hospitality, Restaurants and Leisure Supervisors collective agreement.
