Telemarketer / Customer Account Salesperson in Tampere – Earn well with a six-hour workday! Would you like a job where good results show directly in your pay packet? Freska is looking for an energetic telemarketer to join its Tampere team and sell a service that people genuinely need and value. You are not selling an unnecessary service, but a solution that makes customers’ everyday lives easier. What does the work involve? - You call potential customers and identify their needs. - You help them find a suitable cleaning solution. - You carry out active telephone sales as part of a target-oriented and supportive team. - You can develop as a sales professional with good onboarding and ongoing coaching. What do we offer? - 30 hours per week, with only six-hour working days. - Shifts Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00. - Base salary of €1,662 per month. - With good results, you can reach earnings of €2,600–€3,000 per month. - Top sellers can earn as much as €5,000–€6,000 per month. - A fair commission model with no upper limit. - Good work equipment, a comfortable office and a relaxed but goal-oriented atmosphere.
