Finance Assistant

For now, we offer a student job starting as soon as possible with approximately 20 working hours per week. Your responsibilities will include: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in the wine and spirits business Build and improve our analytical tools and automations to create deeper business insights Support the business controlling team with financial data analysis and interpretation Participate in month-end closing activities and relevant accruals Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary financial information Support ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements Your Skills and Experience: You have an analytical mindset and a keen interest in financial analysis, data management and business controlling. Additionally, you possess the following: You are nearing the end of your master’s program in Finance, Business, Economics, Data, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. High proficiency in data management and AI. Accuracy and high attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of, or an eagerness to learn, Power BI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.
