Snowmobile Sleigh Driver role description. The Snowmobile Sleigh Driver pulls a sleigh full of guests with a snowmobile. The role involves outdoor work in Christmas-themed activity areas, transporting international Christmas groups, mainly families. The work is independent but performed as part of a team with other drivers. Duties include providing clothing to guests and maintaining clothing. You may be involved in area preparation and post-program cleanup with a team of guides and drivers. The days vary; work on weekdays and weekends, including Christmas holidays. We value flexibility and tolerance to pressure. You should be able to communicate well in English; Spanish is a plus. A class B driver’s license is required; EU citizenship or valid Finnish work permit is required to work in Finland. Lapland Safaris provides paid, role-specific training at the start. The contract is seasonal by the Adventure Services Collective Agreement. Salary per the agreement, hourly wage from 10.10 € (gross). Weekend and public holiday pay is included.
