We're looking for an Employee Experience & Enablement Manager who will own, animate, and continuously design the end-to-end onboarding experience at Pigment as well as our internal learning programs. This role sits at the intersection of program management, learning design, and employee experience. You'll maintain a structured, welcoming, and high-impact onboarding journey that helps new hires ramp quickly while feeling genuinely excited to be here. This role will also expand into broader employee enablement and learning programs, supporting the People Experience Lead, and shaping how Pigment develops talent internally, including French regulatory training obligations. What You'll do: Own Pigment's onboarding program (POP) Run and animate the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new hires globally Ensure every new joiner quickly understands our product, culture, and how to be effective here Build, maintain, and iterate a clear onboarding journey across the first week, month, and 90 days Create an exceptional new hire experience Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and structured onboarding experience without overwhelming new hires Facilitate onboarding sessions, welcome presentations, and orientation programs Continuously gather feedback and iterate the experience Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure content is meaningful and relevant Run baseline learning programs & drive engagement Own and animate the company-wide L&D calendar — including recurring programs, speaker series, and learning events Drive learner participation and track completion rates across baseline programs Ensure that all Pigmenaut-led onboarding sessions are organized, facilitated and that all content is updated Experiment with AI-driven learning and automation to scale internal training Develop targeted programs that support ongoing growth across teams Data analysis and insights: monitor and analyse trends in our internal learning data and build reporting dashboards Own French regulatory training obligations Own Pigment's Plan de développement des compétences; design, document, and submit in line with legal deadlines Manage OPCO declarations and actively recover training budget on behalf of the company Promote the use of CPF obligations are communicated to employees and tracked Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate budget reporting Stay current on évolutions in French labour law affecting training obligations Build the internal knowledge and enablement system Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, guides, and playbooks Keep onboarding content continuously updated as the company evolves Build scalable enablement assets: videos, decks, learning modules, AI-driven resources Partner across the company Collaborate across the People Team, Revenue Enablement Team, Leaders, etc., Translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences Work with managers to help them onboard their teams effectively Help coach and build role-specific onboarding tracks with managers Who You Are: The ideal candidate is experienced in program management, L&D, learning design, behavioral psychology or product operations. A mix is even better! Program builder mentality You love building systems, frameworks, and programs from scratch and you love to iterate You’re highly organized, you know how to prioritize, and you are comfortable managing complex projects Understanding which problems are supposed to be solved, having strategic thinking. Knowledge of key areas of the employee lifecycle and how they interact with each other French L&D regulatory fluency You have a working understanding of the Plan de développement des compétences, OPCO funding mechanisms, and CPF obligations. You know how to navigate compliance without it becoming a bureaucratic drag.
