Healthcare Appointment Setter

Join Bookers Group as a Healthcare Appointment Setter in Kuopio, Hybrid work model. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, coordinating dental checkups and appointments for Finnish patients as part of preventive health care. The role emphasizes a proactive, sales-oriented approach and the ability to persuade clients. No prior experience in appointment setting or sales is required; we will train you. The work schedule is Monday–Friday during office hours, starting by agreement, at Kuopio, Viestikatu 3, in the heart of Savonia. Salary starts with a fixed monthly base of 1700 €/month plus commissions, with a target earnings range of 2200–2400 €/month and top earners over 2500 €/month. You will report to Tiina Silvera, a strong leader with a track record of successful team management in Kuopio.
