Sales Manager

Operating in 18 countries, serving over 7000 customers across Europe and Asia, Telko's lubricants division is known for high-quality products, deep expertise, and long-term customer relationships. Telko now seeks a Sales Manager responsible for developing and growing the industrial lubricants sales and customer base in Finland. The role combines independent sales work, technical knowledge, and customer-oriented approach with strong team support. The Sales Manager will handle their own customer portfolio, actively acquire new customers, understand production processes, and identify how lubricants can improve efficiency and add measurable value. The role involves active fieldwork in Southern Finland and collaboration with European experts. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial sales or technical roles, understands industrial decision-making, and can identify business opportunities. They are proactive, goal-oriented, systematic, and able to build networks and work with diverse people. Fluency in Finnish and English is essential, Swedish is a plus. Educational background can be technical or commercial, with strong product knowledge. A driving license is required.
