Fire Watch and Hot Work Guard

We are seeking motivated personnel for fire watch and hot work guarding at Kilpilahti refining area. The role involves patrolling for fire safety, supervising hot work in closed spaces, ensuring compliance with safety instructions and regulations, and assisting with building maintenance tasks as needed. The work period is September 2026 with shifts typically Monday–Saturday and 10-hour shifts. The job includes fire watch, supervision of hot work, monitoring safety in closed spaces, following site safety guidelines, and assisting with maintenance tasks when required. We offer a thorough orientation, a supportive team, varied work in a major industrial environment, and appropriate work clothing. Applicants should be careful, responsible, proactive, cooperative, and attentive; valid occupational safety and hot work certificates and Finnish language skills are required.
