Business Development Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to drive new business opportunities into the sales funnel and nurture stakeholder relationships through to contract signature. Given the technical nature of the role, you will also ensure efficient use of internal resources across the organisation. As an ambassador of Enfuce, you are responsible for qualifying prospects against our CaaS model, target segments, and risk/compliance requirements (particularly regarding BIN sponsorship via ELS). Success in this role means accelerating go-to-market timelines and maximising Month 12 MRR. Responsibilities include pipeline development, sales execution, pipeline management, collaboration, and communication. The ideal candidate will have strong discovery skills, deep industry understanding, experience managing multiple opportunities, and excellent presentation skills.
