Early Childhood Social Worker

The role is a permanent position at Ylästön Daycare with a multi-professional team, focusing on planning, implementing and evaluating pedagogical activities in collaboration with other professionals. The social worker is responsible for parental guidance, promoting inclusion and community, and developing services to support children’s wellbeing and family involvement. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and a supportive work culture, with opportunities to develop one’s professional practice within the team. The successful candidate will work in a 2–4 year old group, alongside a kindergarten teacher and a nursery assistant, and contribute to child welfare, family engagement and community involvement.
