Building caretaker

We are looking for a skilled building caretaker for Alltime in a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week) in Helsinki. As a building caretaker you will be responsible for a range of property maintenance tasks, including interior and exterior upkeep, routine maintenance and repairs, and maintenance and monitoring of technical systems. The work site is a large commercial property, which requires an independent approach and accountability. A category B driving license is mandatory. We hope you can start as soon as possible. The compensation follows the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement, at 15.30–16.55 €/h depending on education level and trial period, with an education allowance paid according to the training. We prefer you to have a building caretaker and/or mechanical engineering professional or special qualification, at least two years of experience in property maintenance, an autonomous, proactive and responsible work attitude, and fluent Finnish.
