Responsibilities
- Model and calculate structures for residential buildings
- Perform stability analyses, load calculations, and other structural calculations
- Develop detailed dimensioning and calculation reports
- Prepare documentation for construction documents
- Conduct self-checks to ensure compliance with regulations
- Act as a technical advisor in complex structural issues
- Support project managers and participate in reviews and coordination meetings
- Contribute to development and improvement of planning processes and methods
- Participate in development initiatives such as product development and sustainability work
- Report deviations to project managers and ensure delivery on time, quality, and budget
Requirements
- Civil or university engineer degree or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a structural engineer
- Good modeling and calculation skills
- Experience with Revit, FEM-Design or similar tools is meritorious
- Knowledge of planning, pre-fabrication solutions, regulations (PBL, EKS, AFS), and sustainability in construction
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
