Automotive Painter

We are looking for an experienced and motivated automotive painter for a permanent, full-time position in Kokkola. You will perform a variety of painting tasks in an automotive body repair environment, working independently within a skilled team. Responsibilities include repairing corrosion on vehicles, grinding and pretreatment, priming and top coating in an auto paint shop, restoring and finishing paint surfaces for various car makes, spot painting and comprehensive automotive painting work, quality and measurement checks of paint surfaces, and collaborating with the rest of the body repair team and the supervisor. Requirements include prior experience in automotive painting, proficiency in Finnish or English, a valid B driving license, careful and proactive work attitude, motivation to develop and work independently, and good teamwork and flexibility. Desirable qualifications include industry training (e.g., vehicle sector basic qualification), experience with different automotive painting processes, a safety card or hot work card, and broad experience with painting techniques and tools.
