The company brings together three strong brands: Budbee, Instabox and Porterbuddy. We deliver to millions of consumers across Europe and aim to become Europe’s leading parcel delivery provider. The role as customer service and traffic control agent As part of Customer Service & Traffic Control at Instabee you are both the company’s external voice and the heart of daily operations. You combine customer follow-up with operational coordination, and help deliveries run smoothly from start to finish. We are growing fast and are expanding the team in 2026 – we are looking for someone who wants a part-time position in a dynamic and forward-looking company. Responsibilities include communication with customers, online stores and drivers via SMS, chat, email and phone; handling inquiries of varying scope and complexity; coordinating and following up on deliveries in real time; ensuring excellent service and strengthening the company’s reputation; contributing to a positive user experience for both Instabox and Porterbuddy; focusing on every delivery being a positive experience for the end user. We have opening hours Monday–Friday 08:00–22:30, Saturday 10:00-20:00 and Sunday 12:00–22:30. We are looking for someone who can work 40%–60%, i.e. 2–3 shifts per week. You will primarily work evenings and swing shifts, and you are expected to be available every other weekend. You like to find good solutions, work in a structured way and cooperate well with others. We would like you to have: Experience in customer service or similar role; Good system understanding and confident use of various IT tools; Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English.
