Operational Worker – SIXT Rovaniemi Winter Season 2026–2027 We are looking for diligent, flexible, and precise individuals for operational tasks at the car rental agency. SIXT is seeking operational staff for Rovaniemi for the winter season 2026–2027 to ensure smooth daily operations of the vehicle fleet. We offer both full-time and part-time positions for the period October 2026 – March 2027. Your job tasks include ensuring cars are safe, clean, and ready for customer use, including car washing, vehicle preparation, moving cars, checks, damage documentation, and assisting customers. You are careful, proactive, and a flexible team player, enjoying physical work and handling busy days and changing weather. Requirements include a B-driver’s license with at least one year of experience, good Finnish and English skills, responsibility, stress tolerance, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and ability to work independently and in a team.
