We are looking for an experienced site engineer for a demanding construction project in Oulu. As part of the site organization you will play a central role supporting production and ensuring smooth progress of the project. Your tasks may include cost and schedule tracking, procurement, contract matters, documentation, and supporting production planning and supervision. You will work closely with site management, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders. The exact job scope can be developed further based on your skills and experience. Tasks may include cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting, schedule creation, monitoring and coordination, preparation and monitoring of procurements, tendering and follow-up, subcontractor and supplier agreements tasks, quantity and cost calculation, site documentation and reporting, and collaboration with client, designers, subcontractors and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be recruited as a permanent employee of our client. Salary will be determined based on experience and skills, start date by agreement. We require: a relevant university degree, prior experience as a site engineer, strong knowledge of production and site processes in construction projects, systematic, proactive and responsible work approach, good communication and organizational skills, proficient IT skills.
