Quality Program Manager

The Role: Neko's clinic QA infrastructure is in active development, and this role is central to shaping what it becomes. As QA Program Manager, you will design, build, and run the quality assurance framework for Neko's outpatient clinic network: defining what quality looks like in our setting, building the data and reporting infrastructure to track it, and driving cross-functional improvement initiatives that keep patient safety and member experience at the centre. This is a build role. You will be designing the standard, not auditing against an existing one. You will work closely with clinical leads, operations managers, and engineering teams, and report directly to the Global Medical Quality Lead. Minimum qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance, program management, or a closely adjacent function, with at least 3 years in a healthcare or regulated clinical setting. Preferred: experience in medical device quality or a regulated environment (ISO 13485, EU MDR, or equivalent).
