We are seeking a Chief Occupational Health Physician to strengthen medical leadership and the development of occupational health. This rare opportunity enables influence on the future of Finnish occupational health by developing operating models, expertise, digital solutions and medical quality nationwide. The role includes leading the integration of deep occupational health and occupational medicine knowledge into the company’s development work, ensuring regulatory compliance, and planning, implementing and maintaining new models, processes and digital solutions in line with the vision and strategic directions. You will develop operating models, service concepts and processes with a multidisciplinary team, ensure medical quality and legal compliance, contribute to digital tool development, build professional capability through training, and utilize research, data and new technologies in continuous improvement. The position offers remote and on-site work in Helsinki with an 80% allocation to this role and some overlap with clinical duties at a Terveystalo site.
