Sales Assistant

We are seeking a roof sales professional for our client Kattokeskus in the Uusimaa region. The position is full-time and mainly daytime, with occasional evening customer visits. Kattokeskus delivers top-quality roofing services with high-quality materials and in-house installers. The job involves active field sales, meeting new people daily, assessing roof condition, and helping customers find suitable solutions for their homes. Sales activities include telephoning, door-to-door visits, and occasional stands and fairs. With experience, you will receive leads directly. Key strengths are initiative, goal orientation, and willingness to face customers face-to-face. The best preparation comes from prior sales or construction experience, but attitude, sociability, and a desire to learn professional selling are most important. A valid driving license is required. We offer: a dedicated training path, strong team and supervisor support with a weekly sales meeting, an opportunity to work in your own style, and a competitive earnings package: base salary €1,000 per month plus average commission €750 per sale.
