This is a high-impact opportunity to join SplitMetrics' established sales team as a Business Development Representative, focused on Enterprise and C-level prospects across both inbound and outbound motions. You'll research, prospect, and qualify opportunities that feed directly into the sales pipeline, working closely with Sales to convert interest into qualified meetings. Strong performers have a clear path to Account Executive. In this role, you will conduct company research based on ICP and execute personalized outreach to Enterprise and C-level contacts, qualify and follow up on inbound leads, utilize automation tools and CRM, run discovery calls, own pipeline targets, maintain records in HubSpot, collaborate with the Sales Team, and participate in education sessions. About You: minimum 1 year of BDR or quota-carrying sales experience, track record in outbound and inbound qualification, experience with multiple sales techniques, CRM experience (HubSpot a plus), strong English, adaptability, time management, coaching mindset, and comfort working in a fast-moving team.
