Job Description
Tiera Resort is looking for a chef to join a new northern hospitality concept in the Koillismaa region of Finland. We are creating a destination for people seeking peace, nature, quality, and carefully considered details. Food is a central part of the experience modern northern cuisine without unnecessary gimmicks: pure ingredients, bold flavors, and warm, thoughtful service. The role includes breakfast, lunch, à la carte service, seasonal menus, and occasionally private events and catering. The kitchen focuses on northern fish, game, root vegetables, wild mushrooms, and local flavors. We are looking for someone who works in a clean and organized manner, performs well under pressure, values teamwork, and wants to grow professionally. We appreciate experience in à la carte or hotel kitchens, an interest in northern ingredients, an eye for aesthetics, initiative, as well as a hygiene passport and English language skills. We offer the opportunity to help build a new resort from the very beginning, genuinely influence the operation, and work in an ambitious yet people-focused environment surrounded by nature. Salary is based on experience, and accommodation may be arranged if needed.
