A Barona is seeking for Telia's Kuusamo service center for active sales to Telia customers, for people who aim at results, and for individuals eager to develop themselves into the role of a sales negotiator this autumn 2026. Role description: Do you want to get in to solving situations quickly and provide Telia consumer customers with straightforward, human-centered service? Would you enjoy being the trusted go-to person for customers, finding solutions and bringing situations to a successful close? In this position you will gain valuable experience in customer service with sales-oriented tasks across channels—phone, chat, and email. As a sales negotiator you will sell products and services remotely from the office to Telia's consumer customers—subscriptions, broadband, TV services and security solutions. You will receive thorough onboarding and ongoing support in the team to help you succeed! Who is suited for sales? Prior experience is not required—attitude is what matters!
