A Team Leader is sought for our Turku service point in a permanent position starting 1 October 2026 or by agreement. As a team leader, you will ensure that the multi-disciplinary team’s work best supports student health care services. You will be responsible for the daily operations of your site, ensuring the care guarantee, quality assurance, and organizing and developing teamwork, implementing nationwide guidelines in practice. Your direct supervisor is the service production manager, and you will work closely with other team leaders. The role can be partly performed remotely (up to 2 days per week) and may include occasional travel. You will lead a team of student health care professionals: nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, general practitioners, physiotherapists and service clerks. Your responsibilities include strengthening cooperation, well-being and competence within your team; managing staffing and recruitment/onboarding of new professionals; coordinating clinical placements and regional student community work; scheduling and substitutions. Requirements include a suitable health care university degree, management experience and team leadership/ development experience, experience coordinating day-to-day work and processes, strong organizational and solution-oriented approach, customer-centric thinking and interest in data-driven leadership, good interpersonal and IT skills. Additional training related to management or leadership and proficiency in Finnish, with adequate English and Swedish language skills, are considered beneficial.
