Lukutaitostrategian initiative aims to create a city-wide literacy strategy based on national literacy strategy 2030. The project strengthens literacy among residents of all ages, reading culture, and cooperation among various stakeholders. As a coordinator you are responsible for the practical implementation of the project, compiling the literacy strategy and coordinating network collaboration. Tasks include: project implementation, monitoring and evaluation; collaboration with early childhood education, basic education, library services and other stakeholders; mapping and developing literacy-promoting operating models; creating and refining the literacy strategy; coordinating network collaboration, trainings and workshops; project communications and reporting to funder and monitoring finances. Requirements: suitable higher education; experience coordinating projects; strong organizational and collaboration skills; proactive and development-oriented approach; excellent written expression and ability to collect, analyse and structure information from various sources; good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in networks. Nice-to-have: experience in education, teaching, library or cultural services; knowledge of literacy work, literacy promotion or teaching; project management and grant reporting experience; Swedish language skills.
