We are seeking an Employment Specialist for low-threshold advisory services for a fixed-term position in the Kirchkkonummi employment services, covering Kirkkonummi, Vihti and Siuntio. The area serves public employment and business services for about 5,500 clients, with Kirkkonummi as the lead municipality. The role involves multi-channel customer service, answering calls and emails, handling incoming mail, and providing in-person frontline guidance at Kirkkonummi, Siuntio, and Vihti offices. You will help organise information events and support customers in job-seeking activities such as CVs and applications. The team collaborates closely with partners to arrange information sessions and events. The work is based at Kirkkonummi (Ervastintie 2) with occasional remote work about one day per week. The unit emphasizes multidisciplinary cooperation and meaningful work impacting clients’ employment and wellbeing. Requirements include a suitable higher education degree, excellent Finnish oral and written skills, and favorable knowledge of Swedish and English; other language skills are valued. Experience in public employment services or complex customer advisory is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, plus knowledge of the regional job market and related legislation are desirable.
