- Supervise and lead the production team.
- Ensure deliveries meet quality and deadlines.
- Report on manufacturing performance.
- Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Ensure resources are sufficient and properly allocated.
- Plan maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Document all machine processes.
- Provide manufacturing feedback.
- Work with quality teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experience.
- Knowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operation.
- Background in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines.
- LEAN management experience is considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are a strong advantage.
- You have a hands-on mentality.
- You are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A low hierarchical approach to management & focus on team-driven results.
