As a growing international project organization, people are at the core of Merima's strategy and future development. In this role, you will work closely with designated business units and functions in Finland, France, and Germany. You will act as the key HR partner for your own areas of responsibility, supporting both everyday HR topics and long-term organizational development. Your main responsibilities will include partnering with business units and functions to ensure that people, capabilities, and organizational structures support business success, supporting and coaching managers in people-related topics, advising business leaders, and aligning HR initiatives with business growth and the needs of expanding international operations, acting as a culture champion by fostering a collaborative, ownership-driven culture where engagement and care thrive across international teams, ensuring operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle and supporting compliance across different operating countries, particularly France and Germany, leading or co-leading HR development projects in areas such as digital HR, AI, talent management, or leadership development, depending on strengths and interests, and continuously improving HR processes and ways of working together with the HR team and business stakeholders. We offer a permanent role where your work has a visible impact on everyday life across projects and business units, an ambitious yet low-hierarchy business environment with genuinely supportive colleagues and a strong sense of collaboration, support from a close HR team, including another HR Business Partner and a Payroll & HR Specialist, an international and growing business where people and talent development are at the core of the strategy, flexible ways of working and a modern office environment in Helsinki, with a hybrid working model, expecting approximately 23 days per week in the office.
