Responsibilities

Strategy formulation and growth opportunity identification for APAC markets.
Analytics to measure SP performance and identify levers to improve performance.
Lead cross-functional projects with internal and external teams to drive initiatives.
Maintain and optimize department performance management system; manage a large team of account managers.
Oversee data infrastructure and tools to support decision making.

Price optimization through experiments (A/B).

Requirements

5+ years and above of total experience with Consulting, Data Analytics, Strategy, Business Development, Business Intelligence, or other relevant fields.
Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and come up with recommendations.
Growth mindset and excited to work on a variety of functional areas.
Entrepreneurial and hands-on.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communication skills in English.
