Responsibilities
- Lead and manage grant projects across Skeleton Technologies entities.
- Drive grant utilization by identifying, implementing, and optimizing funded activities.
- Prepare, review, and submit high-quality technical and financial reports.
- Identify funding opportunities and coordinate competitive grant applications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align grant activities with strategic goals.
- Build and manage partnerships, including consortium development.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, project authorities, and partners.
- Monitor research, market trends, and funding landscapes.
- Represent the company at grant-related events and forums.
- Facilitate communication between R&D, partners, and stakeholders.
- Support commercial opportunities from grant-funded projects.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in the STEM-Field, with a business focus
- 5-10 years professional experience in grant management and acquisition, public funding, or project finance
- Proven track record of securing and managing multi-million Euro grants (e.g., Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, IPCEI, or national funds like KFW/EAS)
- Experience in a Deep-tech or Manufacturing environment
- Managing of the full grant lifecycle: proposal writing, consortium building, final auditing
- Financial literacy: develop complex project budgets, manage cash flow, handle financial reporting
- Structured working style, clear communicator
