Plumbing installer for property maintenance work in Tampere! We are looking for a skilled plumber for our client company in the Tampere area! You will work at various properties in Tampere and nearby areas. The sites are public properties, such as schools, as well as different residential properties. The work includes varied maintenance, repair and installation duties, from small maintenance jobs to larger installations and minor renovations. The sites generally last a few days and change as the work progresses. Your duties include, among other things, replacing taps and radiator valves and hot-water tanks, installing wastewater and water supply pipes, maintaining and repairing pipework, and carrying out various minor renovations. We are looking for an experienced plumber with training in the HVAC field and previous experience in property maintenance and repair work. You will work at sites both independently and paired with another installer, so we expect you to be able to handle varied plumbing installation work independently as well. We value careful workmanship, problem-solving ability and a positive approach to work. A valid occupational safety card is a condition of employment. A category B driving licence and the possibility of using your own car are considered an advantage because the work involves travel. Work starts as soon as a suitable person is found. Working hours are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. Pay is determined by the building services collective agreement and your experience, approximately €15.66–€20.55/hour, plus supplements under the agreement. Interested?
