Site Engineer

We are looking for a skilled site engineer for diverse construction projects in Southwest Finland. Your work begins at daycare construction sites in the Turku area, after which you have the opportunity to continue in our other interesting projects. In this role, you will make an impactful mark together with a competent team in projects that will be visible far into the future. As a site engineer, you are responsible for tasks related to site management, such as scheduling, cost monitoring, management of additional and change works, preparation of schedules, and preparation of procurements. In addition, you handle tasks related to the site's project invoicing and ensure the implementation of operating methods according to the quality system. The exact content of the task is formed according to your expertise and the division of responsibility of the site organization. You work as a team on the site and your supervisor is the site manager. Your workstations are initially located at Turku's daycare construction sites and work starts in September. What do we hope for from you? You have previous experience in site engineer duties and work independently, systematically and responsibly. You keep several entities under control and bring the matters under your responsibility systematically to a goal in a quality- and cost-conscious manner. We hope for suitable construction education (construction foreman, engineer or MSc), ability to read plans, good command of the most common office programs. Knowledge of using BIM-based tools is considered an advantage. We pay for the position according to your expertise and experience approximately €3,500–€4,300/month.
