Risk Management Manager

Responsible for enterprise risk management, credit risk management, AML coordination, and data protection. Oversees the bank’s credit processes, credit guidelines, and credit risk controls; monitors loan quality, risk concentrations, non-performing exposures, and key risk metrics; produces reports for the board and management. Coordinates overall risk management, risk assessments, deviations, and agreed improvement actions. Maintains AML, Know Your Customer, and sanctions compliance as part of daily operations and supports staff in demanding situations. Ensures operational models, guidelines, training, and deviation processes related to data protection are functioning according to role. Implements new guidelines and processes, trains staff, and develops procedures with business units, leadership, and group experts. What we expect: strong banking experience, loan origination, and credit risk management. Good understanding of risk management and financial regulation. AML and data protection competence is a plus. Analytical, thorough, and pragmatic work style with the ability to turn plans into everyday actions. Excellent collaboration, communication, and training skills. Suitable university degree.
