Practical Nurse

We are looking for a practical nurse to reinforce our warm and capable home care team: As soon as possible – 30.9.2026. In home care you provide clients with security, care and responsible presence in their own homes. You work in varied environments and implement the client’s holistic care together with the client, relatives, and the multi-professional work community. In your work you emphasise strengthening the client’s resources, supporting participation and a rehabilitative approach. We offer meaningful work where you play an important role in our clients’ everyday life. You work with a multi-professional and encouraging team and you are not alone. You will develop your professional skills in a variety of care tasks, receive good orientation and continuous support. You also have the opportunity to influence shift planning. You value good interaction skills, a flexible and positive work attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently. In your work you need good Finnish oral and written skills. Driving license and access to your own car are required. An advantage is a valid LOVe medicine license, experience in elderly services, knowledge of the RAI assessment system and good IT skills. The eligibility requirement is a professional basic degree in social and health care (practical nurse) or a previous school-level qualification in the field and a valid registration in JulkiTerhikki and JulkiSuosikki registers.
