Sales Assistant

Jula is a growing department store chain expanding to Finland, and we are looking for sales assistants to join our new Rovanniemi store in winter 2026 on a 5-37.5 hour per week contract. After a comprehensive onboarding, you will participate in the store build-up, delivering customer service, sales, cashier duties and shelf replenishment. You will help create campaigns, set up product displays and grow your product knowledge. We expect friendly, proactive team players who enjoy active work, fast pace and teamwork, and who can communicate in Finnish and possibly Swedish and/or English. The store is open seven days a week, so flexible hours are required. Experience in retail and product knowledge are valued.
