Project Economist

The Projektekonom role centers on financial management and administration of projects, working closely with project managers, the finance department, and other stakeholders to ensure strong financial control, accurate flows, and high quality in project execution. It requires understanding of project accounting and how different business models affect economy, follow-up and invoicing (Fixed Price, Time & Material, etc.). Main tasks include supporting project managers in project and sub-project administration, ensuring timely invoicing and procurement, accounts payable, and monitoring costs, as well as budgeting, forecasting and variance follow-up according to group guidelines. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
