- Process customer orders from order placement to invoicing
- Prepare and modify documents for subsidiary order handling and invoicing
- Maintain customer and supplier data in ERP system
- Calculate proforma values and issue proforma invoices
- Work partly from Loimaa HQ with possible hybrid work from Turku and Tampere offices or remotely
Requirements
- A suitable education (e.g., tradenomi) and/or experience in similar tasks
- Ability to manage timelines and overall projects
- Fluent in Finnish and English
- Knowledge of shipping terms, export and remittance documents, and payment terms
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP systems
