We are looking for a permanent Fitness Instructor for the Rauma swimming hall starting from October 1, 2026 (or as agreed). The swimming hall is part of Karin Campus, a facility completed in 2024 that houses gym facilities, a school, a civic institute, a music institute and youth gathering spaces. Your duties as a Fitness Instructor include swimming supervision, guiding aquatic exercise groups when needed, and other tasks related to the role, with shift work including weekend turns. We value flexibility in working hours and good collaboration and communication skills. Eligibility requires a suitable lower university degree or prior polytechnic/upper secondary vocational qualification or other relevant education; a certificate of eligibility should be attached to the application. Training will be provided if needed.
