RETAIL GIG WORKER, Kittilä / Sirkka We are seeking a customer-oriented and self-starting sales assistant for the retail sector through Eezy Kauppa. Your duties include customer service, checkout work, shelf stocking and cleaning. Your workplace may be different S Group and K Group locations. Working hours are generally between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends, so you will have the opportunity to work varied hours. Your agency employment with us begins with an orientation. We do not require previous work experience in the sector. What matters most is an excellent attitude toward checkout sales! To help with your induction, you will receive an online training platform where you can complete retail-related courses: data protection and information security passes, Veikkaus, Matkahuolto and Posti customer-service qualifications, and the age-limit pass. When working through us, you will earn pay in accordance with the retail collective agreement, as well as good evening and weekend supplements. We expect you to be at least 18 years old, speak Finnish, have good interpersonal skills, be flexible and be able to work in a team. Previous experience in retail is considered an advantage.
