Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are hiring a permanent early childhood education teacher at Ylästön päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role is in the preschool group, working with another early childhood education teacher, a childminder and an assistant in a six-group daycare with spacious facilities, near local parks and river nature reserves. The unit emphasizes inclusive leadership and professional development, with a focus on children’s friendship and emotional skills, child participation, and sensitive, responsive interaction with families. The unit is part of Ylästön toiminnan yksikkö, with two parallel directors, one responsible for staff and the other for pedagogy.
