Nurse

A permanent, full-time nursing position on Hyvinkää acute ward H3. The unit handles general ward care for patients in need of basic health care, with patients arriving from health center urgent care, specialist care emergency departments and wards. The work is performed by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, practical nurses and physical therapists to ensure a good patient experience. The role involves shift work including evenings, weekends and nights, with flexibility offered by a cooperative employer. We provide thorough orientation tailored to your previous experience and support professional development through various training opportunities. The tasks include planning and delivering care and rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team. We value patient-centered thinking and a resourceful approach to nursing. Requirements include a health care polytechnic degree or equivalent, and licensure as a nurse under Finnish law. Proficiency in Finnish (spoken and written) is required, and competence with medication administration licenses. We expect genuine interest in diverse hospital duties, broad thinking, patient-centered attitude and strong teamwork. The position is effective from 14.9.2026; the monthly salary is 3310.75 EUR with increments based on experience.
