A maintenance technician is needed in the food industry in Oulu. The role involves maintaining, servicing and repairing production equipment and machines. Practical, versatile work including machine fault finding, maintenance tasks and repairs. Basic welding skills are an asset. The successful candidate should have some prior experience in maintenance or similar technical tasks and be proactive and capable of solving problems, taking on maintenance tasks with initiative. The job is mainly Monday to Friday with shift-start times around 6:00 or 8:00 depending on task. Occasional on-call duties 0–2 times per month, more during extreme hot or cold weather.
