Production Worker

We are seeking production workers for Parmaco Production Oy for the element factory in Leppävirta on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. In this role you will participate in the production of various building elements as part of a skilled team. Tasks include leveling and assembling elements, assembly, painting, outfitting, as well as finishing and packaging of finished products. The work is hands-on and you will see the tangible results of your efforts as part of complete construction solutions. We expect you to have 2–3 years of experience from construction or wood sectors, good cooperation skills as you will work in pairs or teams, fluent Finnish language skills, good physical condition, and a proactive and responsible work attitude. The work is done in two shifts on weekdays: morning shift 6–14 and evening shift 14–22.
